I worked with the branding team at VentureThree to create a new website to coincide with the launch of the fintech Brand G’s new identity. My role along with being the sole UX/UI designer of the website was to liaise with the client throughout the process, making sure that the new website met all of their requirements. These included helping to explain their unique proposition, making sure the website was easy to navigate and balancing the finance and technology aspects of the brand.
Like with all digital projects the Grand G design process wasn’t
a linear one. It included discussions, interviews and testing with both stakeholders and potential users. Below are some of the tests I conducted to examine assumptions and get external feedback.
This included creating multiple prototypes which allowed users to navigate and evaluate the website quickly without going through the lengthy development process. Using these prototypes as a basis I conducted user interviews which helped me gain insights on what was and wasn’t working. I also conducted accessibility testing to make sure the website usable for the widest range of people possible.
